Quality Team Apparel: Numbers/Letters/Logos

At the Imprint Warehouse we offer a wide variety of in-house printing options to customize your team uniforms. We do have minimum requirements for our printing services. This includes a minimum of 24 garments for screen printing your logo on jerseys and 10 garments for heat seal logo options. We do not print individual jerseys.

In order for us to do the printing we require that the garments be purchased through the Imprint Warehouse. We do not accept jerseys sent to us for printing. We also do not sell any of our numbers, letters or mascots to be applied to your own jerseys. Our Most Popular Method of Application: Heat Seal

Heat Seal is a popular imprint method where we can apply numbers, team and player names to you uniforms. You will never find any ragged or uneven edges. Heat Seal uses combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the garment. The numbers & letters are generated via CAD-CUT computer software, ensuring clean, perfectly-cut letters, numbers, & logos, no matter what style is ordered. Heat Seal garments can be machine-washed and will last for years if cared for properly. We only use Stahl's Thermo-Film & Professional grade Heat Seal machines which are regarded as the best in the industry. Heat seal custom logos are now available in up to 3 colors. Minimum requirement of 10 garments.

Team Block Letter Name

Instead of your team's name in script, perhaps you prefer block lettering. You can customize your team uniforms by adding a heat seal block letter team name to your club's jerseys. Choose from several heat seal letter block text layouts. Team names can be printed across the front of plain or button-down jerseys or in any othe location you may wish. Choose from up 2 to colors and 8 font types in your favorite layout style. Overlap split-font is now available for button-down jerseys. Heat seal garments can be machine-washed and will last for years, if cared for properly. Add Heat Seal players names to your team jerseys for that fully-customized look. Choose from a straight or arched font layout in 9 different font styles. Team US, Class, and script styles allow for lower case letters. Player name can be up to two colors and will be sized to your jersey by our Graphics and Printing Department. Heat Seal garments can be machine-washed and will last for years if cared for properly. We use only Stahl's ThermoFilm, & Hotronix Heat-Seal machines, which are considered the best in the business. Team Perfect Designs

Check out our new selection of Team Perfect designs. Team Perfect includes your choice of an arched or straight team name with a player number inside a ball or logo. Simply choose the font style, player number, and color you would like for each player on the team. Team Perfect designs are 1-color only, and can be applied in your choice of a pocket or full-size design.
